We have extensive experience mediating family conflicts. This entails organizing the discussion and the collection of information, helping the couple identify issues and common interests, and exploring options. We facilitate negotiations to reach a mutually acceptable agreement. Attorney Lloyd Frauenglass has been an active, trained mediator for over 30 years.
Collaborative Divorce - For some clients, collaborative divorce may be a suitable alternative to the litigation process or to mediation. Collaborative divorce is a non-adversarial process whereby parties and their respective counsel commit to resolving disputes without resorting to litigation or court appearances. Issues are generally resolved in four-way conferences, that are scheduled alternately in each attorney's office.
